An Evening of Legends
In LA on Monday night March 31st at the Teragram Ballroom, a full house witnessed stunning performances by legends in AFRO BOWIE a stellar all-star funky celebration of the music & vision of David Bowie.

Originally scheduled in January, the show was postponed due to the LA Wildfires but every performer came back and shared the love raising funds for MusiCares & La Wildfire Victims. AFRO BOWIE featured an unbelievable lineup of music artists in joyful life affirming performances by Bernard Fowler (Rolling Stones), Omar Hakim (Weather Report/Miles Davis), Vernon Reid (Living Colour), Corey Glover (Living Colour), Norwood Fisher (Fishbone), Justin Warfield (She Wants Revenge), Zach Goode (Smash Mouth), Daru Jones (Jack White/Madlib), Azar Lawerence (Miles Davis), Kat Deyson (Prince), Kitten Kuroi (Billy Idol), Todd Simon (TV On The Radio/Antibalas), Blackbyrd McKnight (Headhunters/P Funk), Dwight Trible (Pharoah Sanders), Thomas Prigden (The Mars Volta), Minta Spenser, Eric Mayron, Kentyah and Moby.

Voltagectrlr and Mario C (Beastie Boys) opened the show.
