Dennis Mashevsky Presents Witty Rom-Com, COMPLETENESS by Itamar Moses

Dennis Mashevsky announces a six performance run of Tony Award Winner, Itamar Moses witty rom-com COMPLETENESS at LA’s newly renovated & fabulous, Eastwood Performing Arts Center. The production opens Friday, September 20 and runs through September 28, 2024.  COMPLETENESS is directed by Angela. M. Bruning.  The cast includes Dennis Mashevsky (Elliot), Sarah Sawyer (Molly), Rachel Zapata (Lauren/Nell) and Ron Laskowski (Don/Franklin).

How does a computer scientist hook up with a molecular biologist? He blinds her with science, of course. When Elliot builds a computer program to help Molly with her research project, the variables in their evolving relationship shift as rapidly as the terms of their experiment. – Concord Theatricals

Dennis Mashevsky is a producer, actor, and writer from Palo Alto, California. He received his degree at the Playwrights’ Horizons Theatre School from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University where he studied acting, playwriting, and project leadership. He has produced plays at the Robert Moss Theater and Dixon Place in New York City. He lives in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Theatre History… The Eastwood

For almost 60 years, there has been a theatre at 1089 North Oxford Ave in Los Angeles. Sometimes it was called The Oxford Playhouse, The Los Angeles Actors’ Theatre or The Met. Now, it’s The Eastwood. The Groundlings started here, Robert Altman workshopped here and some of L.A.’s most important independent theaters made their names here. After a major renovation, it’s ready to make history again.
