It’s The Beatles! It’s Christmas! It’s ‘BOTH: A Hard Day’s Silent Night’
Open Fist Theatre Company’s 17th annual charity concert benefits Heart Of LA and celebrates the holidays with Both: A Hard Day’s Silent Night. A powerhouse choir and sizzling live band re-tell the Christmas story—entirely through high-voltage Gospel renditions of iconic Beatles songs.
One of L.A.’s best-kept holiday secrets, Open Fist Theatre Company’s unique charity concert has been shaking the rafters since 2009, with proceeds going to support Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA), empowering underserved kids with life-changing academic, arts, athletics and wellness programs. There will be seven performances December 17 through 21 at Atwater Village Theatre.

Performances are on Wednesday, Dec. 17 at 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 18 at 8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 19 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 20 at 3:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 21 at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $35* plus a $4.75 fee added to the price of each ticket if purchasing with a credit card.
*A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA), giving underserved kids an equal chance to succeed through a comprehensive array of after-school academic, arts, athletics and wellness programs: www.heartofla.org
