Daily Crime Report Blogger Spike Dolomite’s new book ‘Trumped Up: Trump’s First Term and the Beginning of America’s End’ was released this week by Three One Nine Publishers. Taken from her semi-daily blog, Daily Crime Report on Medium, Trumped Up reviews Donald Trump’s first term of blunders and crimes 2017 to 2020 with puns.
Dolomite said, “I wrote this book to refresh people’s minds about the four years that was Trump’s first term. As Trump sets the government ablaze department by department during his second term, we are reminded in this book of how much practice he had. He learned from his mistakes the first time around. This time he’s got a lot more people around and they’re a lot smarter than the boobs that surrounded him in his first administration. Last time Trump had Rudy working for him for free, this time he’s got the richest man in the world, Elon Musk.”
In The Daily Crime Report Spike mixes the news with satire and dark humor which helps her pay attention to the news without wanting to throw herself into the sea, finding the irony in sick and scary situations is sometimes the only way to cope.

The book serves as a four part chronology of the disastrous highlights of the first Trump presidency from the sparsely attended first inauguration, a cabinet filled by nepotism and loyalty tests instead of experience and expertise, his Muslim ban, his child separations, Russian interference, firings of whistleblowers, his threats to anyone who would not bow to him.
