Garden meets Taco
Tacos Tacuba in Valley Village is just a few blocks from the garden. After a few hours of weeding, almost sunset, with a bag of lettuce and the last of the peas I headed home with no desire to cook. A stop for tres tacos at my favorite truck, no extras thanks, I’ve got salsa at home and homegrown greens in the back seat. Moment of Venn: Flower Tacos.
My love of tacos stems from the knowledge that… they are a palette of possibility. Especially when starting with a nearly perfect taco from Tacos Tacuba.
