TEILZ by Neil Krug
LA DJ and producer Allie Teilz celebrated her new record with a star-studded launch at the Hollywood Roosevelt.
TEILZ marked the joyful release of her debut album, come to mommy, at the historic Hollywood Roosevelt’s Tropicana Pool on Friday. For years, DJ/Producer Allie Teilz has been the connective thread between music artists and community in Los Angeles and New York weaving a dream world of left-field pop, hip-hop, disco, funk dub and soul.
A Star-Studded Celebration
Celebrating her debut album at Deep Dive’s season finale felt like a quintessential LA moment as the night featured standout guest appearances by Daisy O’ Dell, Muezette, DJ Chris Holmes and album collaborators Channel Tres and Nick Sylvester. Serving as the summer send-off for the popular weekly Friday music and pool series, the evening was brought to life through a collaborative production by In Sheep’s Clothing, DJ Chris Holmes’ Night Swim, Alia Penner, and Chris Isaacson Presents.
TEILZ treated attendees to a showcase of music videos and live performances rooted in classic dance disco pop, keeping guests dancing and grooving poolside beneath the stars. It was a perfect Los Angeles night celebrating local music and community.
