A Christmas Tribute to “A Charlie Brown Christmas” Featuring Courtney Fortune — Nov 27 & 28

The holiday season is officially kicking into high gear at Hollywood’s iconic Catalina Jazz Club. This Thanksgiving weekend, multi-Grammy-nominated piano legend David Benoit returns to the stage for his beloved annual holiday tradition.

Featuring special guest vocalist Courtney Fortune, this nostalgic performance takes place over two nights on Friday, November 27 and Saturday, November 28 at 8:30 PM.

A Half-Century Holiday Tradition

Ever since the first Peanuts animated special debuted in 1965, Vince Guaraldi’s whimsical, soul-stirring score has been an essential part of the holiday soundtrack for generations.

More than 50 years later, Benoit, who took over as the official composer for new Charlie Brown TV specials more than a decade ago continues to carry the torch. His tribute concert blends Guaraldi’s beloved classics with Benoit’s own original holiday compositions and highlights from his solo career.

Local Voices, Big Holiday Spirit

Adding an extra dose of holiday cheer, the performance features a chorus of young local voices from a local children’s choir. The result is an uplifting evening that promises to bring out the kid in audience members of all ages.
