Norman’s Rare Guitars presents, A Guitar Summit for The Midnight Mission hosted by Michael Lemmo. The evening is a fundraiser commemorating The Midnight Mission’s 110th Anniversary on Sunday, September 8th at The Write-off Room in Studio City. The all-star line-up of musicians includes Vince Gill, Albert Lee & Friends, Joe Bonamassa, Jackson Browne, Jason Sinay, Chris Montez, Laurence Juber, Val McCallum, Dean Parks, John Jorgenson and Marcella Detroit. The show is almost sold out, but there are livestream tickets available on The Write-off Room website. Since 1914 The Midnight Mission has offered compassionate care to unhoused men, women and children in Los Angeles. They believe everyone deserves dignity regardless of their current condition and they help create a path to self-sufficiency for those experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles.

Norman’s Rare Guitars is a mecca for guitar players from all around the world. Norman and his staff’s reputation as authorities on vintage guitars along with his incredible generosity and compassion within the community and toward those in need is legend. The proceeds from this event will help provide Los Angeles homeless individuals and families with a secure place to sleep, three nutritious meals a day and an extensive range of essential services, including job training, education, medical services, addiction recovery, counseling, etc. that are designed to get people off the streets and into productive lives.

The Write-off Room is a spectacular, state of the art music venue located at 11502 Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, on the site of the first nightclub in the San Fernando Valley, Oil Can Harry’s.
