Reservoir Dolls: Lani Harms’ Razor-Sharp Comedy Reimagines the Women of Quentin Tarantino’s Universe

One Woman, Ten Films: Lani Harms Portrays the Killers, Spies, and Stoners of Tarantino’s Cinema

Lani Harms opens a three-performance run of her razor-sharp solo comedy show about what it takes to survive in a man’s world, Reservoir Dolls, tonight at the Hollywood Fringe 2026 in Los Angeles.

What do a deadly assassin, a South Bay stoner, a crime lord’s wife, and an undercover German spy have in common? They’re all women from the twisted mind of Quentin Tarantino. Known for graphic violence and profane language, his film universe is not one you would want to find yourself in without a katana or a pistol handy.

A Multimedia Comedy Experience Featuring the Fierce “Atlanta Springfield”

So when Atlanta Springfield, a barefoot call girl in a seedy Los Angeles bar, suddenly realizes she’s a woman in Tarantino’s tenth and final film, she runs for her life. But standing in her way are all the women who came before her.

Lani Harms is a multi-talented actress, writer and comedian based in Los Angeles, originally from Minneapolis. She has been seen on house teams at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, on television on Discovery ID and national commercials, and online in viral videos for Scary Mommy and The Dad. Her voice has been heard on the sketch comedy podcast These Were Humans, a Tribeca Film Festival Audio Selection, and as host of the feminist Olsen Twins deep dive podcast, They Thought I Was You. She trained at The Groundlings, UCB, Moscow Art Theater School, and at the Fordham Theatre Program.

Catch the Limited Three-Performance Run at the Broadwater Black Box

The show had a New York premiere as an official selection at the NY Comedy Festival, playing to a full house at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater NY. Now with brand-new multimedia elements, new characters and a full hour-long runtime the Fringe Italia Off Exchange Nominee and Namba Performing Arts Splash Award Finalist opens tonight, June 9 at 8 PM at the Broadwater Black Box in Hollywood. There will be only two more performances on Sunday, June 14 at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 27 at 11:55 PM.
